At PICit A/S, we’ve been excited to share the onboarding of a new customer. This time, it’s DFDS in Esbjerg, which has started using our Import Manifest System for customs processing.
Following the launch phase, we asked Anna Friis-Skovbjerg, Customs Team Leader, what she and her colleagues think about PICit and the Import Manifest System. Here’s what she had to say:
Why did you choose PICit?
In connection with Brexit and the establishment of a new customs department in Esbjerg, we began investigating how we could most easily handle our Import Manifest tasks. A PICit customer recommended that we take a closer look at your solution.
How was the onboarding phase with PICit?
It was a smooth and reassuring onboarding process. The “teething issues” that occurred during the first week were quickly addressed and resolved.
How does the PICit Import Manifest System affect your daily workflow?
The system makes it easy and simple to correct, delete, and add data. We save a lot of time by being able to edit many details at once—something we weren’t used to before.
The system is simple and easy to navigate, and despite its straightforward structure, we don’t feel that any functionality is missing. There are many features and smart solutions. It’s easy to release data, and we’re very pleased that this can now happen automatically—this saves us a lot of time every day.
How do you experience PICit’s customer service?
Overall, we’re very pleased with the fast support. It’s easy and quick to get help when needed.
It has been a pleasure working with PICit’s Customs Team. Big praise for the way they approach customers – they are very professional, explain things calmly, and carefully answer all of our questions.
Would you recommend the PICit Import Manifest System to others?
We’re currently training all employees, and the general impression is that everyone quickly understands the system and becomes self-sufficient with minimal effort. Everyone seems very enthusiastic about the system.
