New COO at PICit A/S

From 1st April 2026, Kåre Ferslev Andersen has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PICit A/S.

Kåre steps into the role after more than 10 years with the company, where he has played a central role in both the technical and organizational development of PICit. With a deep understanding of the company’s systems, customers, and culture, he brings strong continuity as PICit continues its journey.

“As Head of Development, Kåre has been managing our developers over the last years, and he is now ready for the next step. With more than 10 years of experience at PICit A/S, Kåre has a strong understanding of our systems, our customers, and our culture.

Kåre has also been an important anchor point in our operational integration into the Arcadea Group framework, which is implemented globally. With Kåre as our new COO, we are finalising our long-term plan and continuing to strengthen PICit A/S as both an organization and a SaaS supplier for highly specialized customers.”
