Strong solutions are rarely built from a single perspective.

At our workplace, we bring together colleagues with a wide range of educational backgrounds across technology, business, communication, and finance. That mix influences how we collaborate, discuss challenges, and make decisions in our daily work.

Our team includes people with educations such as International Sales & Marketing, Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, Multimediedesign, IT Support, Financial Controlling, and English & International Relations. Each background adds a specific way of analysing problems and contributing to solutions.

In practice, this means that technical considerations are balanced with commercial insight, communication, and structure. Different perspectives challenge assumptions and improve the quality of discussions — before decisions are made.

Having multiple ways into the industry is not a coincidence. It reflects the complexity of the work and the value of combining specialized knowledge rather than relying on a single discipline.
